Hailing from New Jersey, Nicholas Bredimus examined hospitality, airlines, and software together and forever changed these industries. This innovative man has found work in several fields, from the high value home sector through a study of air safety and software programs to help with time management. With roots back to the glory days of Rome, Nicholas’ lineage has associations with multiple nations in Europe. Within the maternal line, on the one hand, he boasts German and Scottish bloodlines. His father’s family, by contrast, hailed from present day Luxembourg and England, from where his forebears subsequently came to America toward the end of the 19th century.

And after emigration to America, the family kept its drive and zeal to thrive and survive. Nicholas, who would grow up with his two brothers and four sisters, was a child of a father who worked as a mechanical design engineer and a mother who was employed as a practicing nurse. He would live much of his life in townships across a number of states — Arizona, Virginia, Texas and Missouri.

What, you might ask, did Bredimus do with his heritage and education? A number of high powered posts were soon his, each working with popular airlines. These included the vp role for Hughes Airwest, Republic Airlines, and Trans World Airlines (TWA). A hard-working software programmer, his pioneering designs for airline computer programs are most likely his best regarded contribution to the industry. Mr Nicholas Bredimus is easily most acclaimed for the aircraft maintenance management computer program he created for US Airways, destined to become the industry standard. Of course, this stands as only one of his significant products for the hotel business and for airlines. His hotel reservation software is on its way to becoming as commonly used as the airplane maintenance software, while the hotel booking program he designed created the possibility for hotels to migrate to a pc based system. He went on to develop an application trademarked QuikTix, an automatic ticketing network.

Notwithstanding that it was eminently his forte, Mr Nicholas Bredimus regularly worked in non-software areas. Responsible posts with American Airlines and American Express were to come, and as you may know he launched his own company seventeen years ago.

Right now, however, he has stepped back from his airline connections and the software design industry, though rest assured he’s still making best use of his mind.
