Internet Video Clips Can Be a Great Benefit to a Organisations Earnings
You may well already know how favourable posting your businesses Internet video is. For an organisation’s manager, promotional videos are a useful tool that can easily capture your potential clients’ attention and boost the overall amount of visits to your company’s site. Internet videos are exceptionally good in holding the target consumers’ comparatively short attention. Moreover, if codes are included and online video sharing is endorsed, online video clips can be an excellent way to get one-way external links. and thus positively affect your businesses rankings on the search engines.
If truth behold, online video clips have turned out to be a good tool for business or self endorsement. The following are a couple tips to distributing your own promotional videos.
Firstly, you can post your online videos on your own site; however this would require you to make your own video hosting arrangements. Instead, ask your Internet hosting solutions contractor if video downloading or video streaming services are supported.
Video downloading is where your business visitors must download your Internet video to their computer hard disk. They need to save the short format video to their own computers before they can play it using their personal computers video player or a downloadable video player application. There are video downloading service suppliers that cost very little. There is also a progressive downloading mechanism where your Internet visitors can play the online videos while downloading them.
Whereas video streaming on the other hand totally does away with the requirement to download the Internet video clips and permits immediate playback so it offers the most use to your visitors. Obviously, getting a video hosting business that supports video streaming can cost you a pretty penny.
And finally, the more fashionable way to circulate Internet video clips is by posting your sites to video distribution sites which possess their very own video hosting infrastructure. These websites cost you nothing at all to log on and will at times give you money post video content. They also have a substantial audience base and reach; for instance, YouTube gets about 14 million Web visits each and every month. Where the Critters Play!
Where DO the critters play? Often those who plan to move to the country have dreams of deer, squirrels, all sorts of birds, fox, raccoons, eagles, etc. as being a part of where they live.
I love to help folks purchase a dream property — a getaway — out in the country where the air is fresh and there is plenty of elbow room! Interestingly I often hear little snippets in the conversation about seeing or feeding animals on the new property they wish to purchase. Perhaps they wish to watch the birds, feed the deer, or even hunt for the family food. Then they usually tell me the kind of land they want. Often the kind of land they want and the dreams of critters don’t go together.
The critters like to play on the edge; the edge between woods and fields, between ditch and bank, or in particular along the swampy edge of wooded wetlands and fields. They play there because the cover which protects them against predators is better. Usually the variety of their favorite foods are most plentiful at the edge or even deeper into the wetlands, down in the ditches, or deep into the thickest thickets of the woods. Swamps, creeks, marsh, wetlands, ditches, briar patches, cut-over-timber, new growth of trees, or even fields that have not been farmed in a few years are favorites of the critters.
Most people tell me they want only high ground… BORING!!!! OR, they want only old growth forest. Old growth forest is a nearly sterile almost desert environment. Only the giant trees flourish, and they flourish only at the tops where the upper branches reach for sunshine. As a result, in mature forests, these boring, sterile, lands are almost devoid of wildlife. However these woodlands, with the most mature trees, bring the most money as more people want them. I sell this type of property too. But if you want to live where the critters play you can purchase more land, for less money, and have far more interesting natural landscaping too.
Where the land is “heavy” with lots of solids and clay, where it is flat, solid, fertile, and covered with an abundance of animal and vegetable life, you will sometimes find that there are drainage ditches to carry off the excess water of a torrential rain. These ditches and the ditch banks are often home of ducks, geese, otters, ground hogs, quail, pheasant, grouse, and all manner of song birds. The deer as well use these ditches, to feed on the abundant varieties of food and to travel low and out of sight of any predators.
Deer, raccoons, fox, beaver, most birds and other such pleasant critters live near the wetlands and where the fields and forests meet. Almost nothing lives in the deepest and oldest woods, except a few insects, a few snakes, and… way up in the tops of the trees, some birds.
Cut-over-timber-land; which is considered ugly by most people attracts great numbers of wildlife as the land is a new ground and full of life, birth and sprouts of all kinds. It is this cut-over land where new trees, grasses, and even wild fruits grow to attract every kind of critter in the area. The so called conservationists would lead us to believe that cut-over-timber-land is somehow bad, evil and nearly dead. As usual they are entirely wrong. Cut-over-timber-land is rich and wonderful in life, birth and rebirth.
Where do the critters play? Usually in the land that is less expensive and considered less attractive by humans!!!!

Chase TravelPlus Card Offers Discounts
The Chase Travelplus card is one of those cards which comes with a reward scheme. That means every time you fill your car up with gas, book into certain hotels, or book flights, you’ll get points added to your account. Once you’ve accumulated enough points you’ll be able to exchange them for treats for yourself or for further flights if you’d prefer. If you travel frequently it makes sense to get one of these cards. After all, when you think about it you’re paying for your journeys anyway so you may as well get something back for yourself. Business travelers will find their points add up very quickly and they can save themselves a lot of money over a year if they exchange their points for more flights. Don’t be tempted to take unnecessary journeys to increase your points though. If you do you won’t really be gaining anything in the long run.
And of course you can use your reward card when booking cheap airfare tickets . You can book your flights knowing that you’re getting points on your reward card, and you’re also buying economical tickets. Probably the easiest way to find all the flight bargains is by going online and using a price comparison website. These sites carry information on many different airlines and their prices so you’ll be able to choose something you want very easily. By typing in the dates and times of your preferred flights the database will calculate a shortlist of airlines and prices for you to look at. You can then go through the list one at a time until you see something that might fit your requirements. If you see an interesting deal just click on the link for further information. Once you’re happy that you’ve found a bargain you can go ahead and book, it really is that easy.

King Rama V – the Great Beloved King
King Rama V or King Chulalongkorn (1853 – 1910) was the monarch who steered Thailand clear of colonization and initiated the Chakri Reformation to put Thailand on the road to modernization.
King Chulalongkorn was appointed king at the age of fifteen after the death of his father King Mongkut in 1868. Chao Phraya Suriyawong acted as regent until the young king was twenty and old enough to ascend the throne in 1873.
With the benefit of a Thai and western education, King Rama V was well equipped for his future role. His English tutor was Anna Leonowens, whose controversial memoirs were to cause deep offence to the Thais a century later. This education however, enabled him, like his father, to grasp the prevailing international political situation, which was then dominated by the western colonial powers.
The reign of King Rama V was fraught with extreme difficulties. The greatest threat to the kingdom was the growing demands of Britain and France, which threaten the independence of Thailand. He knew it would be disastrous to stand up to the gunboat diplomacy of these powers. Well aware of dangers of closing up the country, he wisely chose to do what we would now call constructive engagement.
Internally Thailand faced the problem of border provinces that threaten the integrity of the kingdom. Determined to modernize and strengthen Thailand against these threats, King Rama V started a series of reforms that became known as the Chakri Reformation.
In the first 10 years of his reign he faced stiff resistance from the old ruling families who were jealously guarding their vested interests. The young king shrewdly waited for the old guard to outlive their time.
King Rama V realized that diplomacy had to be conducted directly with western governments and not with their colonial counterparts in Asia, who were more in favor of extending territorial influence. By skillful diplomacy, King Rama V balanced London and Paris off against their colonial governments in Asia and one foreign power off against the other.
As part of his modernization program, King Rama V implemented several changes to the government.
Civil service – In 1888, the ministries responsible for various regions were reorganized along functional lines. More ministries and a civil service school were added. A cabinet was formed in 1892 to formulate national policy. Commoners were accepted on merit and not family connections. By the gradual staffing of new blood, King Rama V broke up the dominance of the old ruling families.
Finance – Collection of state revenue was centralized at the Ministry of Finance instead of at individual ministries. Other reforms included a central budget system, an audit system and the separation of the King’s finances from the state.
Foreign Affairs – King Rama V appointed the brilliant Prince Devawongse as the first Minister of Foreign Affairs. Known as the father of Thai foreign affairs, Prince Devawongse was instrumental in neutralizing the demands of Britain and France.
Military – The army was reorganized along the lines of a modern army with the establishment of a military academy and military conscription in 1902.
Education – Generations of young men of common birth were educated overseas. National education was conducted in standardized Central Thai instead of local dialects. Besides stressing religion, the system reinforced loyalty to a single king.
Infrastructure – In 1883 telegraph services were established, followed by the first railway in 1891, roads, housing, postal services and an irrigation system for the central plains. The kingdom was opened up to foreign expertise and foreign education.
Social reforms – On ascending the throne in 1873, King Rama V abolished slavery. This was implemented in stages to reduce the social impact and forced labor was completely eradicated by 1905. The king also held public audiences to allow the people to speak directly to the king.
King Rama V traveled abroad extensively in Asia and Europe to see at first hand modern government. He was convinced that Thailand needed European technology but not at the expense of Thai tradition and independence. His far-reaching reforms reflected a vision years ahead of his time.
By 1910, Thailand remained uncolonised. But the price was heavy: the loss of half a million sq km of territory on the borders with Burma, Cambodia, Laos and Malaya; the loss of tax revenues from extra-territorial rights of Europeans in Thailand who were exempt from Thai taxes and laws.
King Rama V died on 23 October 1910. Widespread national mourning followed his death. That day has been declared the day of the Great Beloved King. As one of the most revered monarchs in Thai history, his photograph is displayed in many Thai homes, companies and shops to this day.
The King Rama V Equestrian Monument, where thousands flock on 23 October every year to pay homage to him, stands to the south of Dusit Garden, the palace created by him. It’s a monument to a great king who left his legacy in the history of Bangkok and Thailand.

Teacher Turns Entrepreneur
Kristi Sayles, a second grade teacher from Camden, Tennessee, has been writing professionally since 1985 when she sold her first article to GRIT (a family-oriented magazine) for a whopping $35.00. A public school teacher for almost ten years, as well as a counselor for the West Tennessee Writing Project, Sayles combined her love of writing with her love of computing and created writing software templates.
“The software is designed to make writing fun and enjoyable for nearly everyone,” said Kristi Sayles. “There is a program for teachers, parents, students, authors, job-seekers, network marketers, kids, and serious business people.”
Her collection of Instant Software titles, available individually or as a set, includes Article Creator, Business Plans, Query Letters, Synopsis Creator, Story Creator, Press Release Creator, Essay Creator and Resume Creator. Their features include:
Easy to follow “fill-in-the-blanks” templates.
Export capability to save documents to the hard drive instantly.
Easy editing capability.
Unlimited document creation.
No experience is needed for any of the templates.
“I easily installed the software and followed the detailed yet easy instructions and created my first article,” said Bonnie Joe Davis, author. “This software will work for inexperienced and experienced writers and is particularly good for people who have trouble organizing their thoughts and ideas. Writing and publishing articles is clearly the best and most frugal method of promotion available… ‘
Beginning, intermediate and advanced writers can all create multiple documents to not only help with their businesses, careers and education requirements, they can use them to increase publicity, promotion, prospects and profits.
“Sending Query Letters in the first instance is appreciated by all – from agents to busy editors and their staff – and noted as a sign of professionalism,” said James Masterson, E-Book Division, The StarFields Network. “This program makes it easy to produce a positive Query Letter quickly… It is also easy to personalize…”

Wooden Garden Sheds Don’t Have to Be Too Pricey if You Buy on the Internet and Take Advantage of the Wide Choice
There are a lot of reasons why you might need a shed and luckily there are garden sheds to suit just about every need. Sheds can be bought just about all over but what you will observe is the price will change tremendously. You shouldn’t have to forego the shed you require because it is excessively dear though. A garden shed is something you purchase once and utilize for years and if you take a look on-line you can find Cheap sheds at some pretty silly prices. I do not mean silly and cheap as in quality but as in price. You’ll find you can find the garden shed you need for the price of the one you were about to settle for a lot less and if you own a garden that you tend to every day you will most in all likelihood need to look into wooden garden sheds as a place to place the fertilizer, water hose and tools and so on.
Protecting your tools and having them easily accessible is a real good idea. You can find cheap sheds on the internet that are the same sheds you’d buy in the shop. As A Matter Of Fact, you can go to the store and shop even touch them to find out if it is what you require then go on the net and buy it for a whole lot less. The difference in cost is remarkable!

Independence Days Of Other Countries – Not Everyone Celebrates The 4th Of July!
The Fourth of July, our Independence Day, is so recognized and celebrated in the United States, it is hard to realize that other countries do not also celebrate this great day, the day we declared our independence from Great Britain. Of course, many other countries do celebrate Independence Days… they simply differ from ours.
In many countries, Independence Day is a national holiday, just like it is in the United States, celebrated with much vigor. Here are some of the Independence Days of other countries, by order of date:

Belarus – June 3, 1966. This day marks the liberation of Minsk (the capital of Belarus) from Nazi Germany.
Russia – June 12, 1990. This Russian Independence Day is also known as Russia Day. It was on this date that the Russian parliament formally declared its sovereignty. This is one of the newest Independence Days celebrated by any countries.

There Are Assorted Options to Get Discounts on Car Insurance
With rising insurance premiums, auto owners everywhere are looking for ways to get lower auto insurance rates. And why not? If it can lower the amount you pay then go for it, right? Well, there are many ways to get price reductions on auto insurance. Try to check if you or your car is entitled for the following price reductions but remember that these are general price reductions, you have to inquire with your automobile insurance agent if they offer them.
Personal-Associated Price Reductions
Person-related deductions are ones that depend on the driver’s own personal situation, status and driving record.
Attending Traffic School If by any chance you have recently been ticketed, you may attend traffic school either online or through a traditional setting to have your ticket expunged from your driving record. Indirectly, this will have an effect of lowering your yearly insurance premiums
Good Student Deductions. You may also take into consideration your childs GPA to get car insurance price reductions. If youre insuring your child who drives and he satisfies the GPArequirements of the insurance underwriter, you may ultimately receive discounts as well.
Professional Credits. Some insurance agents offer price reductions if they belong to certain organizations or profession, like engineers, physicians etc.
price reductions for seniors. People over 55 can usually receive price reductions on their car insurance. Sometimes, you may also need to take a defensive driving course to qualify for the discount. Call your local Department of Motor Vehicles to find out what courses are available.
Loyalty Programs. Staying with the same insurance company for several years and maintaining a clean driving record will give you a great history with them. Many times, the insurance firm will reward you with your loyalty with low rates.
Keep a Clean Driving Record. If you’ve not been involved in any car accidents or have had any tickets for traffic violations, you should be able to get your insurance premiums reduced.
Home + Car Packages. Your insurance carrier may give you multi-line discounts if you insure your house and other vehicles with them as well.
Vehicle-Related Deductions
It doesn’t come as a surprise that when getting a automobile insurance policy, the insurance firm takes a look at your car. Some of these auto insurance deductions are given because you’ve made your car safe and insurance-friendly.
- Car Air Bags. There are several types of airbags: front, rear, side-curtain, etc. The more you’re protected, the larger the discount you may be able to receive.
- Anti-Lock Brakes System (ABS). Some states require that insurance agents give deductions to clients whose automobiles are equipped with ABS.
Anti-Theft Devices. Installation of anti-theft devices like alarms is a way to get lower insurance rates. There may be an added bonus if the alarm automatically turns on when the car’s engine is turned off.
US Navy Submarines Which Fly
So often we see kids toys, which convert from a robot to a space ship or from a hot rod car to a robot. These toys are cool and kids love them indeed. Lego makes some interchangeable type toys like this and so do many other name brand companies like Hasbro.
Why do kids like these toys so much? Hard to say, but it does bring up a point as engineers blur the line between categories of fighting vehicles. For instance AUVs or autonomous underwater vehicles which are robotic min-submarines with no people in them which can do surveillance or become a single mission destroying unit like a torpedo if the target is high-value enough and makes sense to expend that amount of money to take out.
We also now have single mission UAVs which are unmanned aerial vehicles which are actually flying bombs and will loiter for hours until they find a target, if no target is found then they will come back and land and try again. The military has flying seaplanes and they have ships, which are part submarine and they have submarines, which are part boat and landing craft as well.
In the future we will need Manta Ray Type fighters and interceptors which are based under the ocean and are flying submarines, able to shoot out of the water like Manta Rays, hit the after burners and fly like a bat out of hell. We must spend the Research and Development monies now to make this simple idea a reality so that we can protect the American People, our great nation and those who are our friends and allies. Think on this in 2006.
